Who are we?

Ibéricos Anjoreta is the Dutch web shop of Ibéricos Añoreta S.L., Calle Albatros 3, 29738 Torre de Benagalbón, Rincón de la Victoria, Málaga, Spain (VAT number ESB93558757). We are the controller of your personal data. Questions? Email info@ibericosanjoreta.nl.

What data do we process and why?

• Notify me: your email address, the product you are interested in, your language and the time of sign-up. We only use this to tell you when you can order. Legal basis: your consent, which you confirm through the link in our email (double opt-in).
• News and offers: only if you tick that separate box. Legal basis: consent.
• Quote requests: company name, name, email, phone and your requirements, to send you a quote. Legal basis: steps prior to entering into a contract.
• Website statistics: we anonymously measure how many visitors view our pages, without cookies and without tracking you on other websites.

How long do we keep your data?

We only keep "Notify me" sign-ups once you have confirmed them, until you unsubscribe and for no more than 24 months. Unconfirmed sign-ups are not kept. Quote requests are kept for up to 2 years, unless they lead to a contract and the law requires longer retention.

Who do we share your data with?

We never sell your data. We use service providers that process data on our behalf: hosting (Vercel) and sending and receiving email (Resend and our email provider), under data processing agreements. Where data may be processed outside the EEA, this is based on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Cookies

This website does not set tracking or advertising cookies, so we do not ask for cookie consent.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify or erase your data, to restrict processing, to object and to data portability. You can withdraw your consent at any time via the unsubscribe link in our emails or by emailing us. If you are not satisfied, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens or the Spanish Agencia Española de Protección de Datos.
