Frequently asked questions
Where do your products come from?
From our family shop Ibéricos Añoreta in Rincón de la Victoria, on the coast of Málaga. Online, we only sell what we also sell in our own shop.
Can I order now?
Our products are currently unavailable. Leave your email address on the product you want and we will let you know as soon as you can order.
What is the difference between bellota, cebo de campo and cebo?
It is about what the Iberian pig ate. Bellota pigs eat acorns and grass in the dehesa in their final months (black or red label). Cebo de campo pigs are raised outdoors on grain and grass (green label). Cebo pigs are raised on the farm on grains and legumes (white label).
Is the label in Dutch?
Yes. Ingredients, allergens, storage advice and the other mandatory information are printed in Dutch on the pack.
How long does vacuum-packed ham keep?
The pack tells you. Unopened and kept cool, sliced ham usually keeps for a few weeks. Ideally eat an opened pack the same day.
Do you sell wine?
Not online at the moment. Our shop in Málaga does.
Do you supply companies and restaurants?
Yes. You can request a quote for Christmas hampers and client gifts. If you run a restaurant or deli, email us to discuss the options.
